What is the Fourth Trimester?
Not everyone will have heard of the fourth trimester and yet every mother, baby and family will experience it.
It is a time of change and transition and, whether it is for the first, second or even tenth time, a woman is adjusting to motherhood and a baby is adjusting to life outside of the womb.
I'm here to support you and your family however I can as you transition to parenthood, during the fourth trimester and beyond......
About me
Hello, my name is Josey and I am an antenatal teacher, breastfeeding counsellor and postnatal doula based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
My passions are pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period as well as providing support to families during this hugely important time in their lives, I love my job!
Since having children of my own and teaching antenatal courses, I have grown to understand the importance of support during this precious time.
I work to build a bridge between the antenatal and the postnatal period and believe that support and preparation during this time is invaluable.
I offer my services across Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas.
